Eligibility & Entry

  • This promotion is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores.

  • Orders must be successfully placed within the campaign period stated above. Refunded or cancelled orders will not qualify for the promotion.

  • A minimum spend of S$300 in a single order is required to qualify for the complimentary gift.

  • Each qualifying order is eligible to receive one (1) complimentary gift only, while stocks last.

  • Club21.com reserves the right to void any order suspected to be fraudulent or abusive of the promotion.


Gift Fulfilment

  • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  • Gifts are available while stocks last.

  • Gifts will be dispatched from our Singapore warehouse and may be shipped separately from the original order.


Returns & Refunds

  • All refunds during this campaign will be issued as e-gift cards by default.

  • Refunds to credit cards are only available if the complimentary gift is returned together with the purchased item(s).

  • If the gift is not included in the return, the customer must arrange for the return of the gift at their own delivery cost in order to receive a refund to the original payment method.
