Returns & Refunds

  • All returns are subject to Club21.com’s standard return policy.

  • If a return is made and the order no longer meets the minimum spend requirement, the complimentary gift must be returned.

  • If the gift is not returned, Club21.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund or issue the refund in the form of an e-gift card.
