Terms and Conditions: Spin the Wheel Campaign

1. Campaign Period

  • The Comoclub September Spin The Wheel Campaign is valid from 12 Sept 2025, to 22 Sept 2025.

2. Eligibility

  • Only one entry per customer is permitted. If the same customer were to make multiple spins then only the first result would be recorded.

  • Eligibility will be confirmed by verifying the customer’s purchase history.

3. How to Participate

  • Spend any amount on Club21.com during the campaign period to be eligible.

  • Spin the wheel on the designated landing page by 22 Sept 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT+8).

  • Your spin result will be recorded automatically.

4. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email by the third week of October 2025.

  • Prizes are subject to availability. In the event a prize is unavailable, Club21 reserves the right to offer a comparable prize of equal value.

5. Prizes

Prize 1: 7,500 Comocredits

  • Comocredits will be issued to eligible customers by third week of October 2025

Prize 2: 5,000 Comocredits

  • Comocredits will be issued to eligible customers by third week of October 2025

Prize 3: 2,000 Comocredits

  • Comocredits will be issued to eligible customers by third week of October 2025

Prize 4: 1,000 Comocredits

  • Comocredits will be issued to eligible customers by third week of October 2025

Prize 5: 500 Comocredits

  • Comocredits will be issued to eligible customers by third week of October 2025




6. General Terms

  • Club 21 reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The decision of Club21 regarding the prize winners is final and binding.

  • By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • By participating in this campaign, customers also consent to receiving marketing materials and communications from Club 21.
