Share Your Experience T&CS

This program encourages customers to share their shopping experience on their personal social media accounts. Eligible posts (photos or videos) will be rewarded with S$25. 

 

a. Eligibility

  • The program is open to individuals who have made a purchase from club21.com.
  • Employees of the company, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this program.
  • The reward is available only once per customer.

 

b. Qualifying Social Media Post

  • To qualify for the reward, customers must create a public post (photos or videos) on any social media platform.
  • This social media account should have at least 50 followers / friends / fans.
  • The post (photos or videos) should include:
    • A mention of our website link: www.club21.com 
    • Tag 3 different friends in the post.
    • A brief description of their shopping experience (minimum 40 words) in any language.
  • Stories or any temporary posts that disappear within 24 hours are not eligible.
  • Participants' social media accounts must be set to public at the time of posting and for at least 30 days thereafter to ensure visibility of the post.

 

c. Content Guidelines

  • Posts must be original, honest, and reflect the customer's genuine experience.
  • Content should not include offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
  • The company reserves the right to disqualify any post that violates these guidelines.

 

d. Reward Redemption

  • After creating the post, customers must submit a link or screenshot of their post to customerservice@club21global.com .
  • The reward of S$25 will be provided in the form of an e-gift card redeemable on future purchases on Club21.com .
  • Each customer is eligible to receive the reward only once, regardless of the number of posts made.
  • Eligible e-gift card will be issued 30 days after the submission date. 

 

e. Verification and Approval

  • All submissions will be reviewed by our team for compliance with the program requirements.
  • We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the post and the identity of the participant.
  • Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the submission is approved.

 

f. Privacy and Use of Content

  • By participating in this program, customers grant us permission to use their social media content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
  • Personal information collected for this program will be used solely for the purpose of administering the reward and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

g. Modifications and Termination

  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

h. Liability

  • The company is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to social media platform failures, that may affect participation or reward redemption.
  • Participants agree to hold the company harmless from any claims arising out of their participation in the program.

i. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
