Instead, I found myself drawn to something simpler.
Beautifully made, effortless and still a little unexpected.
I love the drape, the movement and the way the whole look comes together.
It feels elevated without feeling like I have to try too hard.
Something special that I’d actually wear.
Luxurious. Effortless. Like myself.
I’ve realised the pieces I love most don’t have to do everything at once.

Those were some of the words people had for me growing up.
Words that can make you feel like who you are is something that needs correcting.
But none of them were the word I would choose for myself.
It took one question from Club21 to make me realise what that word was.
That’s Wildflower Cait, and I love her.
But while trying things on, my practical side asked a very simple question:
How often would I actually wear this?
That question changed what I chose.
