3. Redeem your Comocredits

  • Points can be redeemed during checkout on Club21.com.

    Step 1: Click on “Redeem a Gift Card” and enter the number of points you'd like to convert into a gift card.

4. Order History Access

  • Comoclub members can easily track and view their past Club21.com orders through the My Account page.

7.1. Can I combine my online and store purchases to earn points?

Yes, simply create a Comoclub account or sign in when making a purchase on Club21.com, and you’ll earn Comocredits for your order. Please note, your Comocredits will be credited to your account 10 days after your order is shipped.


7.2. Can I enjoy my Comoclub member discount for online purchases?

Yes, simply sign in to your Comoclub account when placing your online order, and your member discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note, your member discount cannot be used on Sale items or in combination with any other promotional discount or offer.


7.3. How do I know how many Comocredits I have earned?

Sign in to your Comoclub account to view your Comocredits earned.


7.4. How are Comocredits calculated?

Comocredits are calculated based on the net value of transactions, which refers to the amount payable in cash or credit card, inclusive of applicable Singapore taxes. This calculation excludes shipping costs, non-Singapore taxes, duties, promotional vouchers, and other redemptions.


7.5. Are there any restrictions on earning Comocredits for discounted items?

Yes, Comocredits earning is not eligible for discounted items with markdowns of 60% or more.


7.6. Will I earn Comocredits for returned items?


No, Comocredits earning is not eligible for returned items.


7.7. What should I do if I have a dispute regarding the issuance of Comocredits?

7.8. Is there a time limit for retroactive Comocredit claims on eligible transactions across the COMO Group?


Yes, retroactive Comocredit claims on eligible transactions across the COMO Group must be submitted no later than three months from the date of the receipt or invoice. Please reach out to team@comoclub.com


7.9. How does online spending that is not eligible for Comocredits affect my overall member spending record?

Any online spending that is not eligible for Comocredits earning will not be recorded in your overall member spending.


7.10. Can a customer use the same Comoclub account for Thailand, Singapore, Club21.com, and other COMO brands?

Yes. Comoclub is a global membership.

One Comoclub account can be used across all participating COMO Group brands and countries, including:

  • Club21.com (Singapore online store)

  • Club 21 stores in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan

  • Other COMO Group brands that accept Comoclub (e.g. Kids 21, COMO Hotels, Culina)

With this one Comoclub account, the customer can log in, enjoy member discounts (where applicable), and earn points in all these locations.


7.11. The customer already has a Comoclub account registered with Club 21 Thailand. Should they create a new account for Club21.com? 

No. Member should continue using the same Comoclub account.

  • Do not register a second membership

  • Please log in with your existing Comoclub details.

  • If you face issues, CS should help you recover account rather than creating a new one.
