Comocredits Redemption T&C

Comoclub members can use Comocredits to shop on Club21.com. Please log in first to access your Comocredits.

 

a) Redemption Steps

  1. After adding items to your cart, please proceed to checkout page. 
  2. Enter the desired redemption amount with a minimum denomination set for each currency. For example, the minimum redemption amount for SGD is SGD 10.
  3. Once the amount has been decided, please click "Redeem a Gift Card".
  4. The system will then generate a gift card, which will appear under the "Apply gift card(s) to this order" section.
  5. Once the gift card appears, click "Apply".
  6. The gift card will be used and reflected on the current order.
  7. Gift cards are stackable in the same order. If you would like to use more than one, please proceed to apply the rest.


b) Eligible currencies

    Comocredits can only be redeemed in the following currencies below, redemptions in any other currencies are not eligible.

    c) Platform and Validity

    • Comocredits can be redeemed as a gift card on Club21.com. Each gift card on Club21.com expires in 6 months from date of issuance and is non-extendable and non-transferable.
    • Any remaining balance on your gift card can be used on your next order on Club21.com, it would remain under "Apply gift card(s) to this order" section.
    • Comocredit gift cards can be used on products with markdowns, including those with a 60% discount or more.
    • Comocredit gift cards can be used on gift wrapping, shipping fees or other non-item amounts such as non-Singapore taxes and duties.
    • Comocredit gift cards cannot be redeemed and converted back to Comocredits.


    d) Refunds and Exchanges

    • Comocredit gift card redemptions cannot be refunded or exchanged for any cash. For example, at the checkout page, if you have 30,000 points, you can choose to use 1,000 points to convert to a gift card. Once converted, the gift card will appear on your checkout page.
    • If you decide not to apply this gift card to your current order, it will remain available on your checkout page for 6 months before expiring permanently and no extension would be granted. 
    • If there is a cancellation of an order or a refund, the gift card balance will be credited back to you in the form of online store credits.

    a) 교환 방법

    1. 장바구니에 상품을 추가한 후, 체크아웃 페이지로 이동하세요.

    2. 각 통화에 대해 설정된 최소 단위와 함께 원하는 교환 금액을 입력하세요. 예를 들어, KRW의 최소 교환 금액은 KRW 5,000입니다.
    3. 금액이 결정되면 "기프트 카드 교환"을 클릭하세요.
    4. 그러면 시스템에서 기프트 카드를 생성하고, "이 주문에 기프트 카드 적용" 섹션에 표시됩니다.
    5. 기프트 카드가 나타나면 "적용"을 클릭하세요.
    6. 기프트 카드가 사용되고 현재 주문에 반영됩니다.
    7. 기프트 카드는 같은 순서로 쌓을 수 있습니다. 두 개 이상을 사용하려면 나머지를 적용하세요.


      b) 적격 통화

      Comocredits는 아래 통화로만 사용할 수 있으며, 다른 통화로는 사용할 수 없습니다.

      c) 플랫폼 및 유효성

      • Comocredits는 Club21.com에서 기프트 카드로 사용할 수 있습니다. Club21.com의 각 기프트 카드는 발행일로부터 6개월 후에 만료되며 연장이나 양도가 불가능합니다.
      • 기프트 카드에 남은 잔액은 Club21.com에서 다음 주문 시 사용할 수 있으며 "이 주문에 기프트 카드 적용" 섹션에 남아 있습니다.
      • Comocredit 기프트 카드는 60% 이상 할인된 제품을 포함하여 인하된 제품에 사용할 수 있습니다.
      • Comocredit 기프트 카드는 선물 포장, 배송비 또는 싱가포르 이외의 세금 및 관세와 같은 기타 품목 외 금액에 사용할 수 있습니다.
      • Comocredit 기프트 카드는 사용하거나 Comocredit으로 다시 전환할 수 없습니다.


      d) 환불 및 교환

      Comocredit 기프트 카드 사용은 현금으로 환불되거나 교환될 수 없습니다. 예를 들어 결제 페이지에서 30,000포인트가 있는 경우 1,000포인트를 기프트 카드로 전환하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 변환되면 결제 페이지에 기프트 카드가 표시됩니다.
      현재 주문에 이 기프트 카드를 적용하지 않기로 결정한 경우 해당 기프트 카드는 영구적으로 만료되기 전 6개월 동안 결제 페이지에 남아 있으며 연장이 허용되지 않습니다.
      주문이 취소되거나 환불되는 경우 기프트 카드 잔액은 온라인 스토어 크레딧 형태로 귀하에게 다시 적립됩니다.

      a) 兌換步驟

      3. 一旦金額確定後，請點選「兌換禮品卡」。
      4. 系統將為你產生一張禮品卡，該禮品卡將顯示在「將禮品卡應用於此訂單」部分。禮品卡出現後，請點選「應用」。
      5. 禮品卡將被使用並反映在當前訂單中。
      6. 禮品卡可以堆疊使用。如果您想使用多個，請繼續應用其餘的。


      b) 符合資格的貨幣

        c) 平台和有效性

        • Comocredits 可在 Club21.com 上兌換為禮品卡。 Club21.com 上的每張禮品卡自簽發之日起 6 個月內到期，且不可延期且不可轉讓。
        • 您禮品卡上的任何剩餘餘額都可以用於您在 Club21.com 的下一個訂單，該餘額將保留在「將禮品卡應用於此訂單」部分下。
        • Comocredit 禮品卡可用於降價產品，包括四折或以上折扣的產品。
        • Comocredit 禮品卡可用於禮品包裝、運費或其他非項目金額，例如非新加坡稅費和關稅。
        • Comocredit 禮品卡無法兌換或轉換回 Comocredit。


        d) 退款和換貨

        • Comocredit 禮品卡兌換不能退款或兌換成任何現金。例如，在結帳頁面，如果您有 30,000 積分，則可以選擇使用 1,000 積分兌換禮品卡。轉換後，禮品卡將顯示在您的結帳頁面上。
        • 如果您決定不將此禮品卡應用於當前訂單，則該禮品卡將在您的結帳頁面上保留 6 個月，然後永久過期，並且不會授予延期。
        • 如果取消訂單或退款，禮品卡餘額將以線上商店積分的形式退還給您。
