Our inventories are located in both Singapore and Malaysia. If your order includes items from both locations, you will receive two separate parcels, each with its own delivery fee.

  Pick up your order at selected Club 21 stores. Contact us for store availability.

DUTIES & TAXES

• For your convenience, all orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning import duties, taxes, and fees are covered by us—no additional charges upon arrival.

• Singapore Orders: 9% GST will be refunded for returned items.

• International Orders: Import duties, taxes and other customs charges are non-refundable as they are paid to government authorities. Please review all charges carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Does Club 21 ship to Post Office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

   • No, we do not deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.
     
     

3. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

   • No, each order can only be shipped to a single address.

   • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout page.
     
     

5. Do I need to sign for my parcel?

   • Yes, all shipments require a personal signature.
     
     

6. Can I request for my parcel to be left at the door?

   • Yes, you may email customerservice@club21global.com to request this.

   • Direct arrangements with DHL are not allowed to prevent unauthorized changes.

8. How much duties and taxes will I pay?

• Singapore: 9% GST is calculated on the final price after discounts.

• International Orders: Duties are calculated after discount, while taxes are based on the item price minus discounts, plus duties.

9. Are duties and taxes refundable?

• Singapore Orders: 9% GST refunded for returns.

• International Orders: Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
