  • Points can be redeemed during checkout on Club21.com.

    Step 1: Click on “Redeem a Gift Card” and enter the number of points you'd like to convert into a gift card.

5. Order History Access

  • Comoclub members can easily track and view their past Club21.com orders through the My Account page.

  • The order history section provides a summary of past purchases, including order details, status, and fulfillment status where applicable.

  • Members must log in to their account on Club21.com to access their order history.

 

6. Rebate & Gift Card Balance Tracking

  • Members can conveniently check their available rebates and e-gift card balances through the My Account page and View Rebate Balance.

  • Rebates earned from qualifying purchases during campaign periods will be reflected in the account and can be redeemed as per the applicable terms and conditions.

  • E-gift cards received from promotions or rewards will be displayed along with their validity period and remaining balance.

  • Balances are updated periodically; any discrepancies should be reported to our customer support team.
