1. What is this promotion about?
During the campaign period, Club21.com shoppers who are Comoclub members can earn 10X Comocredits on their online purchases.
2. How are the Comocredits calculated?
Members will receive additional points on top of their usual earn rate, based on their membership tier:
C1 – Earn additional x9 points
C2 – Earn additional x8 points
C3 – Earn additional x7 points
C4 – Earn additional x6 points
C5 – Earn additional x5 points
C6 – Earn additional x4 points
For example, if you spend S$1,000 on Club21.com, both C1 and C6 members will earn a total of 10,000 Comocredits.
3. Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. A minimum spend of S$400 per order is required to qualify for the 10X Comocredits.
4. Is there a cap on Comocredits earned?
Yes. Each member can earn a maximum of 30,000 Comocredits during the campaign period.
5. Can birthday points be combined with this promotion?
Yes. 2X birthday Comocredits apply only to base points earned, and do not apply to bonus points awarded under this campaign.
For example:
If a C6 member celebrates her birthday and spends S$1,000 on Club21.com, she will receive:
(1,000 × 6 × 2) + (1,000 × 4)
= 12,000 + 4,000
= 16,000 Comocredits
6. Which orders are eligible?
Only purchases made on Club21.com between 1 – 10 April 2026 are eligible.
Orders that are cancelled or refunded will not qualify.
Any portion of an order paid using point redemptions or e-gift cards will not qualify for 10X Comocredits.
7. When will I receive my Comocredits?
Comocredits will be credited to your Comoclub account within 30 days after the campaign ends.
