Rebate: 14 - 29 April 2026

Get S$100 rebate when you spend S$300 & above.

  • This promotion is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores.

  • Rebates are issued based on the orders placed between 14 April to 29 April 2026, (GMT +8).

  • To qualify for the promotion, customers must spend a minimum of S$300 in a single transaction and enter code 100AD at checkout.

  • Rebates are valid for all items on https://club21.com/collections/all-products.

 

Question 1 : How many orders can I enjoy rebates?

  • Only 1 rebate will be issued per customer in a day.
    • For e.g. if a customer made 3 orders on 25 February, only the first order made on 25 February will be rewarded with the rebates.
    • For e.g. if a customer made 1 order on 25 February, and 1 order on 26  February, both orders will be rewarded with the rebates.

Question 2 : What is excluded from rebates?

  • Singapore 9% GST, duties, taxes, shipping fee will be excluded from rebate calculation. For example, if the final amount of your order is S$109 in which S$9 is tax, then only S$100 will be counted towards your spending.

  • Orders paid with a gift card will not be counted as part of your total spending for this rebate. For example, if you have an order totaling S$2,000, of which S$500 is paid using a gift card, only S$1,500 will be counted toward your spending. 

  • Member discounts and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with 100AD campaign code.

Question 3 : How will I receive my rebates?

Rebates will be issued in the form of e-gift card code, 1 month after the order has been successfully paid.

  • e-gift card code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
  • e-gift card code is non-transferable and will be linked to the customer's account.
  • There is no minimum spend required to use the e-gift card code.
  • e-gift card code can only be used for online purchases and will not be usable at physical retail outlets.
  • You can enjoy free exchange / returns service when using e-gift card code. A refund will be made via online store credit - except for damaged items which can be returned based on our usual returns policy. 


Question 4 : How much rebates will I receive?

Receive S$100 rebate when you spend S$300 & above. Only S$100 will be issued per customer per day. 


Question 5 : What is the extension policy?

We offer a one-time extension of 7 days. To request this extension, you must contact us within 1 week after the gift card expires.

For example, if your gift card expires on 7th July 2024, you need to reach out to us by 14th July 2024 to request the extension. The extension, if granted, is for a maximum of 7 days and can only be applied once.
