  1. Gift Box Fee:

    • A fee of S$10 (or equivalent of the currency you are paying) is required for the gift box.
    • The fee applies to each item in the order, with each item packed in its own gift box.

  2. Size Fit Guarantee:

    • Size of the gift box is   L36cm x W25cm x H12.5cm
    • If the gift box size does not fit the item, the gift box fee (S$10) will be automatically refunded to you.
    • Our customer service team will then reach out to you to discuss the next best steps for handling the gift.

  3. Gift Message:

    • This service is not available at the moment.

  4. Price Tag Removal:

    • Price tags will be removed from all items included in the gift box.
      5. Returns and Exchanges:
    • Gift box fees are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.

      6. Gift Box Disclaimer:

    • Please note that the image provided is for reference purposes only. The actual gift wrapping may vary slightly in appearance due to differences in materials, design adjustments, and availability. We strive to ensure a high-quality presentation that aligns with the reference, but the final result may not be identical.
    • For orders with multiple items, parcels may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately.

      7. Steps on how to place an order:

    • Cart page > select checkbox for Gift Box> total cost would be calculated in checkout > review and make payment> complete.
    • The gift box will be securely placed inside a parcel box to ensure it remains protected during delivery.
