Terms & Conditions for Club21.com x Comoclub Campaign

  • The Promotion is valid from 11 April to 24 April 2025, Singapore Time (SGT).

  • To qualify for the Promotion, members must place a single order with a minimum spend of S$200 on Club21.com within the promotion period.

  • The first 100 eligible orders will receive a S$100 Club21.com e-gift card and 2X bonus Comocredits (applicable to C1 to C6 members).

  • To qualify for the Promotion, customers must 
    a) Be a recipient of our official email; and 
    b) Place a single order with a minimum spend of S$200 on Club21.com within the promotion period; and 
    c) The amount spent (S$200) must be for valid items, and does not include items that have been out of stock or refunded.

  • This campaign is only valid for full priced items. 
    - ⁠Not eligible on sale items;  
    - ⁠Not eligible on orders with discount codes.

  • This Promotion is valid only for first-time purchasers on Club21.com.

  • Eligible members must not have previously made any purchase at Club21 retail stores in Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand, nor at Club21.com or TH.Club21.com.

  • The e-gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

  • If you meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you with the details of your reward via email latest by third week of May 2025.

  • The e-gift card will be sent to the registered email address of the eligible customer.

  • Each customer is limited to one reward for the entire Promotion period, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.

  • Customers who qualify for the Easter Campaign (10–20 April 2025), which offers 15,000 bonus points with every accumulated spend of S$1,200 at all Club 21 stores and Club21.com, will not be eligible for this campaign.

  • Club21.com reserves the right to replace the reward with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

  • Club21.com reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
