CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY

    • This exclusive campaign is available only to members of Quah Ting Wen’s community.

    • In collaboration with and sponsored by COMO Shambhala Singapore, customers who place an order on Club21.com between [Start Date] and [End Date] (GMT+8) using promotional code STRENGTH20 will be eligible to participate.

    • The campaign is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores. There is no minimum spend requirement.

    • The first 20 qualifying orders will receive one (1) complimentary printed voucher for the sponsored COMO Shambhala Singapore experience, while stocks last. Each qualifying order is eligible for one (1) voucher only.

    • Refunded or cancelled orders will not qualify. Club21.com reserves the right to void any order suspected of fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion.

     

    COMPLIMENTARY EXPERIENCE

    Each qualifying voucher entitles the holder to one (1) complimentary experience at COMO Shambhala Singapore, comprising:

    • One (1) 60-minute personal trainer consultation with InBody Analysis; and

    • One (1) one-time entry to the COMO Shambhala Singapore gym.

    The experience is sponsored by COMO Shambhala Singapore and is subject to availability, appointment scheduling and the applicable terms and conditions of COMO Shambhala Singapore.


    VOUCHER REDEMPTION & TERMS

    • The complimentary voucher will be issued as a printed voucher following a qualifying order from Quah Ting Wen’s edit on Club21.com and will be stamped with the order date.

    • To arrange a redemption appointment, customers must contact COMO Shambhala Singapore by email or WhatsApp and quote “Club21Lab” when making the booking.

    • The original printed voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. Digital copies, photographs or reproductions will not be accepted unless otherwise approved by COMO Shambhala Singapore.

    • The voucher must be redeemed within four (4) weeks from the order date stamped on the voucher.

    • Each voucher is valid for one (1) redemption only and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products or services, or substituted for another experience or service.

    • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, vouchers or discounts unless otherwise stated by COMO Shambhala Singapore.

    • Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended or replaced. Lost, damaged, altered or defaced vouchers may not be accepted.

    • Missed appointments will be considered redeemed. No replacement voucher, extension or additional redemption will be provided.

     

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    • All refunds during this campaign will be issued as e-gift cards by default.

    • Refunds to credit cards are only available if the complimentary voucher is returned together with the purchased item(s), where applicable.

    • If the voucher has already been redeemed, or is not included in the return, the customer must arrange for the voucher to be returned at their own delivery cost in order to receive a refund to the original payment method.

    • A voucher that has been redeemed or deemed redeemed due to a missed appointment will not be eligible for reinstatement, replacement or refund.

     

    SPONSORSHIP & GENERAL

    • The complimentary experience is sponsored and fulfilled by COMO Shambhala Singapore. Club21.com is responsible for issuing the promotional voucher to qualifying customers but is not responsible for the availability, scheduling or delivery of the sponsored experience.

    • Customers should contact COMO Shambhala Singapore directly for appointment bookings and enquiries relating to the sponsored experience, quoting “Club21Lab”.

    • Club21.com and COMO Shambhala Singapore reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice.

    • Club21.com reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any order and to void any order suspected of fraud, abuse or misuse of the promotion.
