Price Match Promise T&Cs

At Club21.com we are committed to ensuring that our products are always available to you at the best possible prices. Our price promise to you means that if you find any of our products in stock sold for a lower price elsewhere, we will happily match the price according to the terms below.

• The lower price item must be offered on identical terms (including the same brand, size, colour, and style).
  
  
• The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price.
  
  
• The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final Club21.com checkout price.
  
  
• The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the Club21.com website.
  
  
• To benefit from our Price Match Promise, you must make a claim at the time of purchase. This offer is not available after you have made your purchase.
  
  
• The online retailer must be an authorized retailer. We will price match against any retailer or website price. This does not include any exclusive prices or discounts e.g. any loyalty scheme or reward scheme, 3rd party marketplace seller prices or obvious pricing errors.
  
  
• We must be able to check the price, stock availability and, where relevant, your eligibility to purchase from the competitor. Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for purchase.
  
  
• We reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time.
