CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY

    • In collaboration with COMO Shambhala Kitchen, customers who place an order on Club21.com between [Start Date] and [End Date] (GMT+8) using the code ENOUGH will be eligible to participate. 

    • The campaign is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores. There is no minimum spend requirement. 

    • The first 20 qualified customers will receive one (1) complimentary printed voucher for the COMO Shambhala Kitchen Kaya Toast Set, while stocks last. Each qualified customer is eligible for one (1) voucher only.

    • Your order with Club21.com is not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges or refunds via online store credit are allowed.

    • Club21.com reserves the right to void any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the promotion.

    VOUCHER REDEMPTION & TERMS

    • The complimentary voucher will be issued as a printed voucher following a qualifying order from Caitanya Tan’s edit on Club21.com and will be stamped with the order date.

    • To arrange a redemption appointment, customers must contact COMO Shambhala Kitchen by WhatsApp and quote “Club21Lab” when making the booking. 

    • The original printed voucher must be presented at the time of redemption. Digital copies, photographs, or reproductions will not be accepted unless otherwise approved by COMO Shambhala Kitchen.

    • The voucher must be redeemed within two (2) weeks from the order date stamped on the voucher.

    • The Kaya Toast Set is available for redemption on weekdays during breakfast hours and all day on weekends, while stocks last.

    • Each voucher is valid for one (1) redemption only and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other products or services, or substituted for another item or service.

    • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, vouchers, or discounts unless otherwise stated by COMO Shambhala Kitchen.

    • Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or replaced. Lost, damaged, altered, or defaced vouchers may not be accepted.

    • Missed appointments will be considered redeemed. No replacement voucher, extension, or additional redemption will be provided.
