Our Point of View

The Tailored Pleats 1 blouson channels Homme Plissé Issey Miyake's founding philosophy — that garments should move with the body rather than against it. Constructed entirely from the house's signature pleated fabric, the jacket holds its sculptural form through permanent micro-pleating that creates an almost architectural ribbed texture across the body and collar. The result is a piece that is simultaneously relaxed and precise, effortlessly transitioning from structured daywear to an elevated evening layer.
