Our Point of View

A wearable canvas of city and nature, the Building top from me Issey Miyake translates an architectural monochromatic cityscape — bare-branched trees, towering facades, and fragmented graffiti — into the label's hallmark micro-pleated fabric. The relief texture of the pleating lends the graphic depth and movement, shifting the composition as the body moves. Cut in a relaxed short-sleeve silhouette with a scooped neckline, it is a piece that sits at the intersection of art, architecture, and craft.
