A celebration of Pleats Please Issey Miyake's iconic pleating craft, the Monthly Scarf September is rendered in a rich crimson and designed as both a wearable object and a collector's piece. The fabric is worked into precise micro-pleats that radiate outward in a herringbone chevron formation, creating dynamic visual movement whether draped, wrapped, or worn as a stole. The signature zigzag pointed hem — reminiscent of autumn foliage — lends the piece a sculptural finish that elevates it far beyond the conventional scarf.
