Terms & Conditions

• Rebates is valid for all items on https://club21.com/collections/all-products 
• To be eligible, your online spending must be done using credit card, Atome or Shopback Paylater. Paying via gift card(s) will not count towards your eligibility.
• If you are eligible for various tiers of rebates/bonus, you will automatically receive the highest tier bonus or rebates for which you qualify.
• Maximum 1 rebate per customer per day - as of 1 April 2024.
• The rebates/bonus will be issued in the form of e-gift card code, one month after the order has been successfully paid.
• e-gift card code that was issued before 1 May 2024 will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• e-gift card code that was issued after 1 May 2024 will be valid for 1 months from the date of issue.
• e-gift card code is non-transferable and will be linked to the customer's account.
• There is no minimum spend required to use the e-gift card code.
• e-gift card code can only be used for online purchases and will not be accepted or usable at physical retail outlets.
• You can enjoy free exchange / returns service when using e-gift card code. A refund will be made via online store credit - except for damaged items which can be returned based on our usual returns policy. 
• Singapore 9% GST, Duties, taxes, shipping fee will be excluded from rebate calculation. For example, if the final amount of your order is S$109 in which S$9 is tax, then only S$100 is counted towards your spending.

• We offer a one-time extension of 7 days. To request this extension, you must contact us within 1 week after the gift card expires.
  For example, if your gift card expires on 7th July 2024, you need to reach out to us by 14th July 2024 to request the extension. The extension, if granted, is for a maximum of 7 days and can only be applied once.

• BE@RBRICK is not eligible for rebates.
