Bags Rebate: 11 - 18 April 2026 T&Cs

Campaign Overview 

  • Enjoy 20% off + 15% rebate on selected bag purchases made between 11 April and 18 April 2026.

  • This promotion is valid online at Club21.com only and is not applicable in retail stores.

  • This promotion applies only to items listed on the designated Campaign Page.



Question 1 : How many orders can I enjoy rebates?

    • Customers can receive a rebate for every order that meets the promotion requirements. There is no limit on the number of orders eligible for a rebate.

      • For e.g. if a customer places 3 orders on 1 April and each order meets the promotion criteria, all 3 orders will receive a rebate.
      • For e.g. if a customer places 1 order on 1 April and 1 order on 2 April, both orders will receive a rebate.

    Question 2 : What is excluded from rebates?
    • Orders containing markdown items.

    • Singapore 9% GST, duties, taxes, shipping fee will be excluded from rebate calculation. For example, if the final amount of your order is S$109 in which S$9 is tax, then only S$100 will be counted towards your spending.

    • Orders paid with a gift card will not be counted as part of your total spending for this rebate. For example, if you have an order totaling S$2,000, of which S$500 is paid using a gift card, only S$1,500 will be counted toward your spending. 



    Question 3 : Is the rebate applicable if I use a discount code?

    Yes. Rebates are applicable with code 15RE provided the order does not contain markdown items.

     

    Question 4: Gift Fulfilment

    • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

    • Gifts are available while stocks last.

    • Gifts will be dispatched from our Singapore warehouse and may be shipped separately from the original order.

     

    Question 5: Returns & Refunds

    • All refunds during this campaign will be issued as e-gift cards by default.

    • Refunds to credit cards are only available if the complimentary gift is returned together with the purchased item(s).

    • If the gift is not included in the return, the customer must arrange for the return of the gift at their own delivery cost in order to receive a refund to the original payment method.



    Question 6 : How will I receive my rebates?

    Rebates will be issued in the form of e-gift card code, 1 month after the order has been successfully paid.

    • e-gift card code will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

    • e-gift card code is non-transferable and will be linked to the customer's account.

    • There is no minimum spend required to use the e-gift card code.

    • e-gift card code can only be used for online purchases and will not be usable at physical retail outlets.

    • You can enjoy free exchange / returns service when using e-gift card code. A refund will be made via online store credit - except for damaged items which can be returned based on our usual returns policy. 



    Question 7 : What is the extension policy?

    We offer a one-time extension of 7 days. To request this extension, you must contact us within 1 week after the gift card expires.

    For example, if your gift card expires on 7th April 2026, you need to reach out to us by 14th April 2026 to request the extension. The extension, if granted, is for a maximum of 7 days and can only be applied once.

      • Club 21 reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions governing the offer.



      Question 8: How can I view my rebate balance and expiry?

      You can view your rebate balance and expiry date by:

      • Logging into your Club21.com account.

      • Navigating to the Customer Profile section.

      • Click on the VIEW REBATE BALANCE button, under GIFT CARDS tab.
