Our Point of View

Junya Watanabe reworks the classic tailored jacket through the lens of Japanese patchwork, stitching a mosaic of mismatched woollens onto a pinstriped base. Herringbone, houndstooth and plaid patches sit side by side with raw, frayed edges and visible contrast stitching, giving the piece the feel of a well-loved heirloom rather than a new purchase.
